Yes. Zhengyang's OEM/ODM process has 5 stages: (1) requirement review and feasibility assessment, (2) sampling in 3–8 days, (3) mass production in 10–25 days, (4) ISO 9001-governed quality inspection, (5) DDP or FOB logistics to destination. Customization covers dimensions, materials, structural design, print finishes (foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, lamination) and packaging format.

Standard orders take 7–15 working days with a 100% on-time delivery rate, and rush orders can be expedited. Zhengyang is located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan — the core manufacturing hub of the Pearl River Delta, about 50 km from Shenzhen Yantian Port and 40 km from Shekou Port. This enables fast sea freight to North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, with paper, ink and auxiliary materials sourced the same day. We also offer DDP door-to-door service: Zhengyang handles all logistics, duties and import taxes, so buyers simply sign for the goods without dealing with customs clearance.

We accept T/T wire transfer. New clients generally pay 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for long-term partners based on cooperation history.
